“Seltene Original-Radierung von Francisco de Goya aus der 6. Ausgabe seiner Los desastres de la guerra von 1930. Blatt-Maße: ca. 28 x 36 cm. Platten-Maße: ca. 15, x 21 cm. Auf Büttenpapier, teils mit Wasserzeichen. Die berühmte Suite entstand unter dem Eindruck des Guerillakrieges gegen Napoleon 1810-1813. Sie gilt vielen als die vollendetste Leistung des Künstlers auf dem Gebiet der Aquatinta-Radierung. -- sehr gut erhalten. || Rare original etching by Francisco de Goya from the sixth edition of his series Los Desastres de la Guerra from 1930. -- Size of sheet: c. 11 x 14.2 inches. Size of plate: c. 6.7 x 8.27 inches. -- The famous suite was created under the impression of the guerrilla war against Napoleon 1810-1813. Many consider it to be the artist"s most accomplished achievement in the field of aquatint etching. in very good condition.”
