“Good-Very Good overall vint cond: This pr of "Bloom" tea light candle holders are vint, not contemporary re-issued pcs by the famed Danish dsgnr, Georg Jensen, sold in high-end retail venues. Real, honest. orig & auth, sgnd "Georg Jensen" on their bottoms & "Denmark." This auth pr of vint, mid-20th c period Georg Jensen (Denmark) polished stainless steel metal "Bloom" tea light candle holders, were found in a well-appointed Cape Cod, MA home, completely dec w/Danish Modern & period Scandinavian vint pcs. The tea lights show evidence of being prev used, most likely for holidays & for special occasions. There are a few superficial surface scuffs & minor abrasions. The pcs haven"t been chemically cleaned or polished. The stmpd maker"s mark on the the light"s baseplate is acid etched into the stainless steel metal. The pr are from Georg Jensen"s series "Bloom," where he incorporated elements that readily occur in nature, such as this iconic form of a 3 petal, blooming flower. Very fine.”
