“We believe this Nutone doorbell chime is "New-Old-Stock" and appears never to have been mounted. There are two very slight blemishes on the bottom right corner of the housing (see photos). The box is in rough shape, but the mounting screws were sealed in their package. The terminals for the wiring are perfectly clean and free of any corrosion. We have not wired this unit up, but the chimes operate manually. The O-rings on the chimes are not dry-rotted, and we believe this unit will function flawlessly.”
