“Excellent visual condition, worked perfectly and then the flames started to become lower in height, called out a gas safe engineer who examined it and told us the part we needed to order, which we did from a Burley Fires authorised supplier at a cost of £84 ..... gas engineer arrived and installed it, no difference whatever ...... so, we have no idea what is wrogn, it is probably a very straightforward fix if you know what you are doing, which this chap clearly didn"t!”
