The hardness of this grindstone is Lv4/ 5. It is extremely stiff, and there is little sharpening juice.Smooth sharpening, strong abrasive power.This stone was used to polish the razor blades of a barber shop that opened in the 1970s and closed 3 years ago. Notice on the back side of the stone, the skin of the original Nakayama stone is still there. Please recognize the difference between this stone and modern stones that have been cut with a grinder.
