“Fine vintage condition, please see description and images.For sale here is a rare pair of Silvamar"s, by Carl Zeiss for the Swedish military, marked with Swedish three crowns, Nr.4906, 1942. They are in very nice condition, age and application taken into account, and comes with the equally hard to find bakelite case.Optical condition is good; it has clean and clear glass. There is no fungus, no haze, no balsam separation. Minimal internal dust. One minor mark on the left side front lens (see image), it"s minimal and has no practical significance. Mechanical function is also good; diopter focusing on both sides are smooth work well. Reticle in right hand tube. Collimation is good.Exterior condition is very nice (see images); expected wear from use and age, no damage.The lens comes with; original bakelite case with leather strap (with some dry cracks), condition is worn but undamaged.”
